"内部告発サイト・ウィキリークスが公表した証拠資料により、IAEA国際原子力機関が２年前、日本に対し、地震が起きた際の原発の放射能漏れの危険について警告を発していたことが明らかになりました。
ディーリーテレグラフによりますと、ウィキリークスが公表した機密文により、IAEAが２年前、日本国内で設計された原発は、マグニチュード７を超える大地震に耐えられないと警告したことが明らかになったということです。
また、原発が設計された当時、マグニチュード９の大地震への対策が考えられず、この問題により、福島原発に大きな被害が出ているとされています。
ウィキリークスによれば、IAEAの高官は、２００８年１２月東京で開催された主要国G8・の原発安全保障を協議する会議で、日本の原発の耐震安全対策は、時代遅れだと警告を発しました。"
